I offer several ways to train with me, with individual, small group, and remote-coaching options.

All sessions are ~1 hour in length. The one exception is the initial assessment, which is 45 minutes.

This is an initial consultation, where we will:

  • Discuss your goals.

  • Find out about any injuries or limitations.

  • Learn about your training history.

  • Perform a movement assessment.
