I offer several ways to train with me, with individual, small group, and remote-coaching options.
All sessions are ~1 hour in length. The one exception is the initial assessment, which is 45 minutes.
Individual Options
Initial Assessment
Free
This is an initial consultation (learn about goals, injuries or limitations, and training history) and a movement assessment.
Individual Coaching (Single Session)
$200
This is the cost per session if you do not choose to enroll in a monthly autopay option.
2x/Week Monthly Autopay
$180/session
This is a 10% discount on the standard individual rate.
3x/Week Monthly Autopay
$160/session
This is a 20% discount on the standard individual rate.
Small Group Options
Small group training is designed for groups of 2 to 5 people. The session cost is divided between the members of the group. The more people in the group, the cheaper the cost per person.

For those looking for motivation and accountability from a training partner(s).
2x/Week Monthly Autopay
$300/session

This is a 20% discount on the standard small group coaching rate.
